Privacy policy

T4G Impact Tech Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, operates this giving site to support work to make the Constitution more accessible through the constituition website and outreach. CIN: U85300KA2022NPL157198. This policy explains how we use information when you browse the site, contact us or use the giving service. You can read the public pages without an account.

Tinybridge Ventures Private Limited operates the main constituition website. This policy covers the information used for donations through this T4G giving site.

Information used for giving

When you create an account or give, we use your name, verified email address, address, citizenship declaration and giving details. If you request a tax receipt, we also use the PAN and other tax details you provide. Information you enter in the secure payment checkout, including payment-method details and the phone number it requires, is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number or card security code.

We keep payment references, amounts, payment and subscription status, refunds and receipts so we can maintain accurate records, provide receipts and help you manage your gifts. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to reply. Basic technical information, such as IP addresses and essential cookies, helps operate and secure the service.

Shared account and service providers

T4G Impact Tech Foundation operates the shared aikyam.fund account service. When giving opens, that account will provide a shared sign-in and a view of your giving across participating organisations. The relevant fiscal host handles its own payments and financial records. Authorised access must follow your account ownership and the organisation or host’s responsibilities.

We use WorkOS for account sign-in, Razorpay for payment processing on the fiscal-host checkout, Open Collective for financial bookkeeping, and email, hosting and security providers to run the service. Providers may process information outside India. We do not publish your PAN, contact details or sign-in information in public financial records. We share information with tax authorities in statutory filings or where the law requires disclosure. Where applicable, we use PAN and donation details for required donation reporting and donor tax certificates.

PAN fields are encrypted in our stored records. A tax-receipt PDF can include the details needed for that receipt, including PAN, and is kept and sent to your account email.

Your account and records

When the giving account service opens, you will be able to review and download your giving details and available receipts, update your details and request account deletion through your account. Deleting an account does not erase past financial records. Financial and tax records are retained for record-keeping, audit and applicable legal requirements.
